Seattle Seahawks Wide Receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba made history today against the Tennessee Titans. He has 155 receiving yards and counting at the time of publication. That puts the young receiver in a club all his own. He is the first player in NFL history to have 75+ receiving yards in each of his team’s first 11 games of a season. Will JSN be able to keep it going this season?
Jaxon Smith-Njigba Continues To Impress
Smith-Njigba has been on the periphery of the NFL MVP discussion this season because of the way he has been playing. He entered today’s game fourth in the league in receptions and leading in receiving yards. The star receiver has 6 grabs for 155 yards and a pair of touchdowns today against the Titans.
Smith-Njigba’s great game has him on the doorstep of franchise history. Seahawks legend Steve Largent holds the franchise record for receiving yards in a game with 261. JSN needs 106 more receiving yards to make another piece of history today in Tennessee.
